Joseph Chona
B.A., MZIM

Commercial Executive Joseph is a sales and marketing professional with broad experience in FMCG and ICT sectors. He began his career at Zamtel as Management Trainee in 1997 and later held positions of Marketing Manager in 2003 and Sales & Customer Care Manager in 2005.

In 2010 he joined Ecobank as Head of Brand and Communications after which he transitioned to Zambian Breweries Plc as Sales Manager for Beer in 2012. In 2014 he joined Lafarge Zambia Plc as National Sales Manager. In 2015 he joined KickStart International as National Sales Manager and later held the position of Country Manager for Zambia up to 2017.His last position prior to joining National Breweries was as Head of Indirect Sales at Vodafone (Z) Ltd. Joseph is a holder of a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration. He is a member of Zambia Institute of Marketing.

Boniface Katsumbe
B. Tech (App Sc) (UZ)

Brewery Manager – North Boniface joined National Breweries Plc in October 2019 from Delta Corporation Limited. He began his career in 1990 at Olivine Industries, a HJ Heinz affiliate, in Harare, Zimbabwe as a graduate trainee and rose to become the Factory Manager for Soaps, Oils & Fats. In 1997 he joined Delta Corporation Limited in the then regional investments and project management division, Chibuku Regional Investments, as Technical Services Manager and worked in Mozambique, Kenya and Zambia.

Boniface left the organization briefly from 2001 to 2003, rejoining in 2004 and has held several positions in Soft Drinks, Lager and Sorghum Beer Manufacturing businesses. Prior to his appointment, Boniface was the Plant Manager for the Delta Coca-Cola facility in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. He holds a B.Tech [App Sc] from the University of Zimbabwe.

Joseph Takayindisa BSc .Gen.(Chem. & Bio. Sci.) – University of Zim, Dipl. Brew. (IBD – UK)

Brewery Manager – South Joseph joined National Breweries Plc in November 2019 from Delta Corporation Limited.He joined Delta in December 2009 working in the Quality Assurance department of the Lager manufacturing business unit before moving to the Maheu business unit, initially as a senior quality manager before assuming the role of manufacturing development.In December 2012 he moved to the Chibuku business unit where he assumed the role of Production Manager at the pilot Chibuku Super plant in Zimbabwe. He then rose to being Plant Manager and eventually appointed as Brewery Manager in April 2017.Joseph is a holder of a BSc Degree majoring in Chemistry & Biological Sciences from the University of Zimbabwe. He is also a member of the Institute of Brewing & Distilling (UK).

Ellah Mwase
B.A., MZIHRM

Human Resources Business Partner Ellah is a Human Resources professional with experience in financial services, insurance, construction and FMCG industry.
She began her career at Focus Group of Companies in 2013 as Human Resources Assistant and rose to the position of Group Human Resources Specialist in 2015. She later moved to Brick World Construction Company in 2018 where she managed the human resources department before joining National Breweries Plc in March 2019.She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration from the University of Zambia and is a member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management.

Chanda Lungu-Sichizya B.B.A, MSc. Marketing Management, Diploma in Marketing (CIM)

Brand & Corporate Affairs Manager Chanda joined National Breweries Plc in June 2018 as a Channel Development Manager before becoming the Brand & Corporate Affairs Manager. She commenced her career as a management trainee with Investrust Bank Plc before joining Zambian Breweries Plc.
She occupied several positions in the commercial department including Key Account Manager, Sales Manager and Channel Execution Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Namibia, a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK and a Masters in Marketing Management from the University of Lusaka, she is a practising member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM).

Felicity J. Lwiindi-Chilungu B. A. Accounting, ACMA,CGMA FZICA

Finance Manager Felicity joined National Breweries Plc in August 2023.
She has over sixteen (16) years combined working experience in seed production and processing, manufacturing, retail, and telecommunication services. Prior to her joining National Breweries Plc, she was Finance Manager – Decision Support at Zambeef Retailing Ltd, a subsidiary of Zambeef Products having previously held positions at Seedco Zambia Ltd, Zambian Breweries Plc and Airtel Networks Zambia Plc.
Felicity holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons.) in Accounting from Athlone Institute of Technology (Ireland) and is a chartered accountant holding memberships from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) and the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Edmore B Gamundani BSc Bio/BioChem (UZ), MBA (UZ) Dip Pur (CIPS UK), Dip HRD (IPMZ),DTM (TI)

Technical Executive Edmore joined National Breweries in 2023.

He began his career as a management trainee in Delta Corporation in the Coca-Cola business unit in 2004. He rose to become a Quality Controller and subsequently Quality Systems Specialist responsible for the development and implementation of Coca-Cola Quality Systems, Quality Management Systems, HACCP (Food Safety Management Systems) among others. He has also held positions of Production Management, Manufacturing Development and Training. In May 2018 he was appointed as Human Resources Development Manager (General Manager) at the Delta Learning and Development Centre of Excellence (Mandel Training Centre) prior to his secondment to National Breweries as the Technical Executive.

Edmore is a senior member of Toastmasters International and has been awarded the highest accolade in the organisation, Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM).

Ntantabutali Kabaghe B.Eng (Mechnical Engineering)

National Workshop Manager Ntantabutali joined National Breweries Plc in December 2021.He began his career at Mercury Lines where he developed as a workshop engineer before becoming the Workshop Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Zambia and is a member of Engineering Institute of Zambia and Zambia Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
